What We Do

The Sophisticated Dog is primarily a private dog walking service.  We specialize in both weekly scheduled walks and occasionally scheduled walks.  We promise that with every moment spent with us, your dog is doing more than just walking.  We have qualified and trained Dog Handlers  walking with your dog and they know exactly how to make each walk an enriching experience!

Although we are primarily a dog walking service, we wanted to ensure that we were able to meet all the needs of pet owners if such needs were to arise.  We aim to make our services flexible for our clients, so they get exactly what they want, when they want it.  If none of our Care Packages suit your needs, contact us and we will help you in any way that we can.

We have comprehensive insurance coverage through PROfur for you and your dog while they are under our care.  We aim to ensure that you have peace of mind that your dog is being looked after in a safe, stress-free manner while with us.  Our insurance company, as well as our own training policies, guide us on what dog equipment is the most humane and effective in training for walking.  This ensures that both the Dog Handler and your dog are truly enjoying the walk.
